Terms and Conditions
If after acceptance of the booking by the company, the customer wishes to alter the date or place of the booking, it is necessary that written notice should be given to the Company. The Company is not bound to accept the alteration and will not be considered to have done so until confirmation in writing is given to the customer, if the Company is unable or unwilling to accept the alteration, it has the discretion to be entitled to retain the deposit paid.
The Company uses its best endeavor to select the most suitable type of products, and goods needed to produce the required finished product. The Company reserves the right to replace the items with the nearest equivalent product, should the product be unavailable.
The Company shall not be responsible for injury or damage to persons or property however sustained arising from the use of any hired goods from Jessica Claire Designs.
In the event of cancellations, booking fees are not refundable.
A booking fee of 25% of the order is required to book our services; the final 75% of the balance is due 4 weeks before the Wedding Date.
A £100.00 refundable bond will be required on the hired goods. Items must be returned in the condition and quantity that they were hired. Any damaged goods or goods not returned must be paid for in full.
NB – Replacement cost per chair cover = £30.00
Replacement cost per bow = £3.00
